Our product will be designed and manufactured by R.A.H. Inc., which provides you with reusable automated helpers to make your life a little bit easier. The product that my group and I have created is a portable robotic shower cleaner that works in minutes, and even adds a cute touch to your bathroom! This small cleaning robot is disguised as a gecko, and attaches to the walls of your shower when not in use. The robot itself connects to your phone or other device via bluetooth after you’ve downloaded the corresponding app. Once your robot and your phone are paired all you have to do is snap in a compatible cleaning pod and take a shower. Our cleaning pods are made from recycled materials making them compostable after use! They come in a variety of scents, and each pod will last for up to 30 days with regular cleaning.
This product will help college students to keep their bathrooms looking clean all semester long, while saving them the time and hassle of cleaning it by hand on a regular basis. It’s something that is easy and affordable, and the app will allow you to control it using your phone which will help people to remember to use it. I think that the idea of the gecko is also just cute to look at and it would be fun to watch one zoom around the shower, but selling the product will require us to sell the idea that it will improve bathroom cleaning immensely. I think the “feel” of our brochure will be happy and vibrant. The idea of making the robot in the form of a gecko makes me think of summer, so I think that creating a brochure that gives the reader a happy summer vibe may be a good route in trying to sell the product.
